Only gave 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. I want REFUND AND REWARDS BACK FUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT Yesterday (6/3) at 11:03 AM, I paid for and ordered a cake for my wife’s 35th birthday with a pickup time of 7:15 PM today (6/4). The ordering process went smoothly, and I had no issues making the purchase. When I arrived around 8:00 PM to pick up the cake, I gave the employee my name. He went to the back to look for the order and returned about 7 minutes later, telling me they didn’t have a cake for me. When I asked what happened, he said he didn’t know and that the night crew never made it. He then suggested I pick a cake out of the freezer instead. I politely declined and requested a refund. My wife is 32 weeks pregnant, and all she wanted for her 35th birthday was the custom cake she ordered. Unfortunately, your team completely dropped the ball on an important occasion for our family. What’s most disappointing is that no one contacted me beforehand to let me know there was an issue with the order. I was left finding out only after arriving for pickup. I’ve never had this problem at the Madison Heights location and will gladly make the 20-minute drive there in the future rather t

My family and I were extremely happy and satisfied with my graduation cake! Not only was the design absolutely beautiful and elegant, but the cake was also fresh, moist, and delicious. I personally do not like dry cakes, which is why I decided to order from here, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I made for my celebration. The details on the cake were amazing and perfectly matched my graduation theme. Everyone at the party kept complimenting both the look and the taste of the cake. Thank you for helping make my graduation celebration even more special and memorable. Highly recommend!

Usually I absolutely love this place… but $25 for two of these and one of them is barely 3/4 of the way filled… I got home and literally wanted to cry because I was so looking forward to having this. Especially if they felt the weight difference before we paid and I left a tip… dude what?!? Yeah anyways I’m gonna go cry now
